Refund Policy: 

Refunds are issued once the original item(s) has been received. Items must follow the following criteria: returned initiated within 30 days of purchase, remain unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Return Policy: 

We do offer returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Local drop off for returns is available. Returns on custom items are not accepted, however please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Shipping Policy: 

All orders are shipped from Ohio, USA. At this time we do not ship internationally. We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! We are a small business and genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding. Fulfillment times may be delayed around holiday and/or sales events. Vibes x Vitals assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
